Please be aware, I am no longer accepting haircut-only clients. I am only taking new color or extension clients and only from my waitlist. SALON POLICIES

Deposits

  • Credit card information is required to book any appointment

  • New clients are required to pay $150 deposit within 24 hours of booking their first appointment, failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled. You will be invoiced after booking, and the balance of your appointment will be due at the time of service.

  • If you're looking to get extensions, you will be contacted about an in person consultation. During that consultation we will go over color matching, pricing, booking, etc. You will be expected to put down 50% of the total cost quoted prior to booking.

Cancellations

  • You will receive a confirmation text about your scheduled service 48 hours prior to your service, please confirm your appointment as soon as possible. *We kindly ask you give your stylist a 48 hour notice for any cancellation or reschedule*

  • No-show's, changes to your scheduled services and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in 100% total service charge to the card given on file.

Late Policy

  • Being 15+ minutes late to your appointment may result in your stylist being unable to provide your scheduled services. Please be aware that if this is the case, your card given on file will be charged 100% of the total service. As a courtesy to your stylist and other clients, please notify us as soon as possible if you will be late.

Children + Friends

  • Whitney Warner Hair is a small space, please avoid bringing children or friends with you to your appointment.
